The IWC Ingenieur SL Automatic Ref. 3506 is a distinctive vintage luxury sports watch from the mid-1980s era of IWC Schaffhausen, born out of the brand’s celebrated “SL” (Steel Line) series originally styled by famed designer Gérald Genta. Produced until the late 1980s, the ref. 3506 features a 34 mm stainless steel case, integrated bracelet, and automatic movement — typically an ETA-based calibre (ETA 2892-A2) chosen for its slim profile and reliable performance. All watches are checked and tested by our watchmaker and guaranteed 90 days. During service, pieces and parts could be needed due to age and are always replaced by original signed parts by our watchmaker. If serviced, we offer a 1 year mechanical guarantee.

This mechanical warranty does not cover damages that the buyer might cause. In regards to vintage models, we cannot guarantee waterproofness or time accuracy unless the watch has been serviced and these requests approved by our watchmaker.

All items are carefully packed and shipped via Fedex express couriers such as FedEx Priority. Your shipment is fully insured, please open the parcel in front of your courier to attest any potential damages caused during transportation. If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee the full refund of your order due to transportation damages. Please keep in mind that for shipments outside the EU, Harbor Watches is required to declare the retail value of the order which might be subject to fees and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Potential taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We have a no-questions-asked 5-days return policy for European customers and international customers. Insured return is at the cost of the customer and must be made with Fedex Priority. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the item and can confirm that it is in the same condition as it was when it left our office. Please note that withdrawal rights do not apply to limited editions. This is because limited editions are sold exclusively during a specific time frame and cannot be resold after a return or refund. Additionally, pre-orders with a time limit cannot be refunded either before or after the pre-order period has ended.
