Archiwatch is an independent online watch dealer based in Paris, France. Curating vintage and collectible wristwatches, ranging from small artisanal manufacturers to highly sought-after prestigious brands, our mission is to carefully select the finest watches available on the market. Founded by Richard D. Ménasé, Archiwatch reflects his passion for horology and his extensive experience in the industry since 2015.

We guarantee that every watch listed on our website is original to the best of our knowledge. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all parts—except for the glass and/or the band/clasp—are original and used as intended when the watch left the factory.

Please note that vintage wristwatches have aged over time and are often mechanically or cosmetically serviced by retailers, sometimes multiple times, before reaching us. During these services, brands may replace certain components, such as the bezel, dial, hands or glass—with newer ones. Our goal is to source and offer fully original collectible watches on our platform. In rare cases, some watches may have undergone cosmetic servicing, such as the addition of tritium to the dial and hands to restore their glow. While the parts remain original, this may result in an adjustment to the offering price.

Every watch is inspected and tested by our watchmaker and comes with a 90-days guarantee. If servicing is required due to the watch’s age, any necessary components will be replaced exclusively with original, signed parts by our watchmaker. For serviced watches, we provide a one-year mechanical guarantee.

Please note that this mechanical warranty does not cover damage caused by the buyer. For vintage models, we cannot guarantee waterproofness or precise timekeeping unless the watch has been serviced and such requests have been approved by our watchmaker.

We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and credit cards through our platform. All payments must be made in full and in Euros. Once your payment is completed, an invoice will be issued, and your order will be processed and shipped.

For customers outside Europe, IBAN and BIC numbers must be provided. Please refer to our account details listed below. If payment is not received within 7 days, Archi Group (Archiwatch) reserves the right to release the hold on the watch and cancel your order.

We accept trades, which must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and valued in Euros. Once the trade is approved, we provide a shipping label for the client to send his/her watch(es) free of charge with a scheduled pick-up.

Upon receiving your package, we conduct a thorough inspection. If the watch matches the provided description and photos, your package will be shipped out the same business day. However, if we do not receive your package within 7 days, Archi Group (Archiwatch) reserves the right to cancel the trade. All trades are final.

Pre-orders are open up to 10 business days. Production starts as soon as the pre-order window is finally closed. When the watch is ready for shipping, the customer will receive an email notification with the all the informations. Withdrawal rights are not applicable to limited editions.

Please note that withdrawal rights do not apply to limited editions. This is because limited editions are sold exclusively during a specific time frame and cannot be resold after a return or refund. Additionally, pre-orders with a time limit cannot be refunded either before or after the pre-order period has ended.

All items are carefully packed and shipped via express carrier such as UPS/FedEx Priority. Your shipment is fully insured, please open the parcel in front of your courier to attest any potential damages caused during transportation. If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee the full refund of your order due to transportation damages. Please keep in mind that for shipments outside the EU, Archi Group (Archiwatch) is required to declare the retail value of the order which might be subject to additional fees and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Potential taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We have a no-questions-asked 5-days return policy for European and international customers. Insured return is at the cost of the customer and must be made with UPS/Fedex Priority carrier. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the item and can confirm that it is in the same condition as it was when it left our office. For any return, please use our contact form.
