Owned by Richard Ménasé, Archiwatch is an independent online watch dealer based in Paris, France. Curating vintage and collectible wristwatches ranging from small manufacturers to highly valued brands, we try our best to find the best condition watches of the market.

Richard previously served as Co-Founder and Art Director at Horare.com, where he helped lead the sale of more than 1000 vintage and collectible watches worldwide from 2015 to 2019.

We certify that each watch on our website is original to the best of our knowledge. Unless stated otherwise, with the exception of the glass and/or the band, each of its parts are original and used the way they were intended to when the watch left the factory.

Vintage wristwatches are aged and have been mechanically or cosmetically serviced by retailers often more than once before being offered to us. During these services, brands may replace some parts (bezel, dial, hands and glass) for newer ones. We aim to buy and offer completely original collectible watches on our website.

On rare occasions watches have been cosmetically serviced by adding tritium to dial and hands to keep it glowing for example, the part stays original but the offering price may be adjusted in this case.

All watches are checked and tested by our watchmaker and guaranteed 90 days. During service, pieces and parts could be needed due to age and are always replaced by original signed parts by our watchmaker. If serviced, we offer a 1 year mechanical guarantee.

This mechanical warranty does not cover damages that the buyer might cause. In regards to vintage models, we cannot guarantee waterproofness or time accuracy unless the watch has been serviced and these requests approved by our watchmaker.

We accept bank transfers and PayPal. All payments must be made in full in Euros. Once your payment is complete an invoice is issued and your order shipped. As soon as we have received your payment on our account we will send your purchase (Please include reference number). Customers from outside Europe have to provide IBAN and BIC numbers. Please see our account details below. However, If we have not received your payment within 7 days, Harbor Watches SARL (Archiwatch) reserves the right to remove the holding on the watch and cancel your order.

We accept Trades

All trades must be made accepted by both parties in written consent in full in Euros. Once we have accepted the trade, a label is issued for the client to send his watch(es) free of charge. As soon as we have received your package, we complete a full inspection and if everything matches we send your package the same business day. However, If we have not received your package within 7 days, Harbor Watches reserves the right to cancel the trade. All trades are final.

Pre-orders are open up to 10 business days. Production starts as soon as the pre-order window is finally closed. When the watch is ready for shipping, the customer will receive an email notification with the informations. Withdrawal rights are not applicable to limited editions. This exception is due to the fact that limited editions are only sold for a specific period of time and cannot be sold again after a return/refund. Pre-orders limited by time cannot be refunded before/after the pre-order selling period.

All items are carefully packed and shipped via Fedex express couriers such as UPS/FedEx Priority. Your shipment is fully insured, please open the parcel in front of your courier to attest any potential damages caused during transportation. If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee the full refund of your order due to transportation damages. Please keep in mind that for shipments outside the EU, Harbor Watches SARL (Archiwatch) is required to declare the retail value of the order which might be subject to fees and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Potential taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We have a no-questions-asked 5-days return policy for European customers and international customers. Insured return is at the cost of the customer and must be made with UPS/Fedex Priority career. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the item and can confirm that it is in the same condition as it was when it left our office. No one is authorized to reproduce, diffuse or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, the visual identity, the the site, the content of the site, the graphics of the site, and the photographs except with a written and signed agreement of Richard Ménasé, owner of Harbor Watches SARL (Archiwatch).
