All items are carefully packed and shipped via Fedex express couriers such as FedEx Priority. Your shipment is fully insured, please open the parcel in front of your courier to attest any potential damages caused during transportation. If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee the full refund of your order due to transportation damages. We have a no-questions-asked 5-days return policy for European customers and international customers. Insured return is at the cost of the customer and must be made with Fedex Priority. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the item and can confirm that it is in the same condition as it was when it left our office.
